Buyers must notify us of an issue within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days, we are unable to refund the order. Items must be new and unused. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in original condition with accessories and documentation. Buyers are responsible for ensuring returned items arrive back to us without damage. Please insure return packages as necessary. All non-defective items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If any item(s) are missing from an order, we can ship the missing item(s) using the Shipping Method chosen at Checkout, or issue a refund based on the value of the missing product and associated shipping costs.
Media Return Policy
Due to the size and nature of media materials, please use sample media rolls to ensure your printer is compatible with the media before purchasing full-sized media rolls. We do not accept returns of any media once it has been opened or used.
For unopened, unused media rolls, we will accept returns if notified within 7 days of receipt. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure against shipping damage as necessary. Media rolls returned in original condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Upon receipt and inspection of returned media, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
In no event shall Premier Colour, Inc. be liable to any person or business for any special, indirect, or consequential damages relating to the sold items, unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
