Pricing Policy
Premier Colour, Inc. reserves the right to adjust pricing to correct typographical errors. Prices are subject to change without notice. For current pricing, visit www.premiercolour.com.
Return Policy
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
- An RMA number is required and must be clearly marked on the package.
- No exchanges accepted.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- A 20% restocking fee (and any additional applicable fees) will apply.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified.
- Ink supplies are guaranteed to have at least 90 days of shelf life from the purchase date.
- Special orders, custom items, and non-stock products are non-returnable.
To request a return, complete the Self-Serve Returns. If approved, an RMA number will be issued. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
