We only print on materials—NO cutting and NO finishing. 

Any edits—including resizing, color adjustments, and file corrections—will incur additional charges.

We accept PDF print-ready files. Please convert all text to curves/outlines before uploading.

Print File Requirements

General Setup

• Files must be print-ready and sized to the final output dimensions.
• Additional fees apply for resizing, color correction, or contour-cut preparation.
• Print file 10 MB MAX

Accepted File Formats

PDF (Preferred)

• Export as a PDF for print.
• Use CMYK color mode.
• Convert all text to outlines.
• Flatten all layers; avoid masks and transparencies.

Vector Files (.EPS)

• Set artwork to final print size.
• Any whitespace within the file counts toward sq. ft. pricing.
• Print-and-cut artwork must include bleed and be saved as EPS.

Raster / Bitmap Files (.TIF or .JPG)

• Resolution must be 100–200 DPI at final size.
• Below 100 DPI may appear pixelated; higher than 200 DPI offers no added benefit.

Proofs & Color

• Provide a digital or hard-copy proof for best accuracy.
• Without a proof, we cannot guarantee detection of missing elements or precise colors.
• Color output varies by monitor and printer; eco-solvent printers have a limited color gamut.
• Printed sample proofs are available for a small additional fee.
