Premier Colour, Inc.’s liability for any defective product is limited to the original purchase price. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential costs, including but not limited to labor.

Pricing Policy

Premier Colour, Inc. reserves the right to adjust pricing to correct typographical errors. Prices are subject to change without notice. For current pricing, visit www.premiercolour.com.

Return Policy

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
• An RMA number is required and must be clearly marked on the package.
• No exchanges accepted.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• A 20% restocking fee (and any additional applicable fees) will apply.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified.
• Ink supplies are guaranteed to have at least 90 days of shelf life from the purchase date.
• Special orders, custom items, and non-stock products are non-returnable.

To request a return, complete the Self-Serve Returns. If approved, an RMA number will be issued. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
