Buyers must notify us of an issue within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days, we are unable to refund the order. Please be aware that we do not take returns on OEM or special order items. All OEM and special order items are Final Sale. Any other items must be new and unused. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in original condition with accessories and documentation. Buyers are responsible for ensuring returned items arrive back to us without damage. Please insure return packages as necessary. All non-defective items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If any item is missing from an order, we can ship the missing item or issue a refund based on the value of the missing item.
Media Return Policy
Due to the size and nature of media materials, please use sample media rolls to ensure your printer is compatible with the media before purchasing full-sized media rolls. We do not accept returns of any media once it has been opened or used.
For unopened and unused media rolls, we will accept returns if notified within 14 days of receipt. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please insure against shipping damage as necessary. Media rolls returned in original condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Upon receipt and inspection of returned media, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Smart Card/Chip Return Policy
We receive our smart cards and chips from the manufacturer as is. We do not test them before shipping. We try our best to find the most reliable manufacturer, but Mutoh and Mimaki smart cards and chips have been known to be unreliable on occasion. It is the buyer's responsibility to notify us of an issue within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days, we are unable to refund the order.
In no event shall Premier Colour, Inc. be liable to any person or business for any special, indirect, or consequential damages relating to the sold items, unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
