Questions customers ask
Do I need to flush my printer first?
No. If you're running OEM ink, just insert Jetbest and run 3 strong cleanings. If you're coming from another third-party ink, we recommend the full flush above.
Will the colors match?
Yes. You keep the same profiles. Dark and saturated colors look great, and many customers say Jetbest colors are more vibrant than OEM.
I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
We don't do exchanges, but unopened cartridges in new condition can be returned for a refund. Then just order the right size.
My printer is still under warranty. Should I switch?
Third-party ink voids any remaining printer warranty. If your printer is still covered, we recommend OEM ink until the warranty ends.
Is it hard to trust third-party ink?
