Do I need to flush my printer first?
No. If you're running Roland OEM TR2 ink, just insert Jetbest and run 3 strong cleanings.
My printer has been sitting unused. Anything to know?
Old ink can clog the printhead. Call us before switching and we'll walk you through clearing the old ink first.
My printer is still under warranty. Should I switch?
Third-party ink voids any remaining printer warranty. If your printer is still covered, we recommend OEM ink until the warranty ends.
Is it hard to trust third-party ink?
