Services Include:

• Replace 1 head Wiper
• Replace 1 cap Top
• Replace 1 head Felt 
• Perform full inspection on all major components: belts, motors, pulleys, print head(s), carriage, and capping station(s)
• Perform cleaning of: print heads, carriage, capping station, encoder strip, platen, heaters, edge guards, and exterior
• Lubricate pulleys, calibrate print head alignment, calibrate paper feed, print/cut, and crop/cut alignments
• Update printer firmware and Roland Versaworks software
• Review condition of machine with operator and make recommendations as necessary to maintain printer condition 

Billable Rate: $150/hour, 2 hour minimum, subtotal: $300
