How do I install JETBEST 440ML ink cartridge ?

If you are using OEM , insert the ink cartridge, perform three strong cleans. You are ready to print.

If you are using aftermarket ink, remove the ink from the system, perform three strong cleans. You are ready to print.

Will the color change using JETBESET ink cartridge? 

The colors stay identical to OEM. 

 

When is the best time to refill my bulk ink cartridge?

If possible, you should refill your inkjet cartridges before they run out. This will prevent ink from drying in the print head between refills.

 

What is the shelf life of Jetbest ink product? 

One year shelf life from manufacture date. 

 

Will my warranty be voided if I use compatible ink cartridges?

Depends on the manufacturer. The manufacturer could only avoid the ink system, nothing else if they decide to do. We recommend to change after the warranty is expired. News about aftermarket ink will ruin the printhead. Ten years ago maybe, but if you choose a reputable aftermarket ink these days, most likely the ink will not damage your printer components. We recommend JETBEST ink. 

 

Will you warranty my printer if switched to compatible ink?  

Yes, we will pick up the remaining length of the manufacturer's warranty. 

 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer Fedex 2nd Day and Overnight shipping. Express shipping options are available during the checkout process. Order by 5 pm for same day shipping. Ground shipping for JETBEST ink product is always free.

Why have I not received my order?

We ship all orders from Costa Mesa, California. Most packages that are shipped to an address within the contiguous US are delivered within 2-4 business days. There is also rare possibility that one of the items you ordered may be back-ordered. Please call customer service at 714-668-9200 for the status of the order.

You may track your order by logging in to your online account. You may also call our customer service department at 714-668-9200; one of our courteous representatives will be able to assist you in locating your order. Or send us an email sales@premiercolour.com for the status of the order. We reply within 1 hour during 9-5 pm business hour, PT time. 

 

What is a compatible ink? 

A compatible ink is a new cartridge manufactured by a third party.  It is as good as the original ink. 

 

Are all compatible ink the same?

No, all compatible cartridges are not the same - some are better than others.  Our compatible cartridges are manufactured according to ISO 9001 standards and meet OEM standards.  They are both factory and independantly tested to ensure quality.  We guarantee our products for 60 days. 

 

Why are the original ink so expensive?

All printer manufacturers sell their printers to consumers at cost or below cost.  They make their profits by selling ink to you at a huge mark up.  Printer ink is ranked one of the most expensive liquids (price per volume) in the world, second only to perfume.  
 
 

Some manufacturers have put "smart chips" on their cartridges.  How can I overcome this?

Our cartridges use the latest version chip to ensure compatibility.  We have the chip for Mutoh, Roland and Mimaki. Give us a call. Tell us your concern. Our staff are friendly. We are happy to contribute our experience even you don't buy our product.  

 

My Roland VS540 keeps giving me replace ink cartridge error. How do I overcome this?

Go to user menu on the printer, go to ink control, change from stop to continue. Enter. You are good to go.
