How do I install JETBEST 440ML ink cartridge ?

If you are using OEM, all you need to do is insert the ink cartridge and then perform three strong cleans. Then you are ready to print.

If you are using aftermarket ink, remove the all the ink from the system and perform three strong cleans. Then you are ready to print. 

 

How do I install JETBEST 500ML Smart Bulk ink cartridge ?

Will the color change using JETBESET ink cartridge? 

No, the colors stay identical to OEM. 

 

What is the shelf life of Jetbest ink product? 

Ink products have a one year shelf life from manufactured date. 

 

Will my warranty be voided if I use compatible ink cartridges?

Your warranty depends on the manufacturer. The manufacturer could only void the warranty on the ink system, nothing else. We do recommend to change to switch inks after the warranty has expired. Hearing news that aftermarket ink would damage your printhead was a common 10 years ago. Over the years formulas have changed and sales of aftermarket ink has grown. Choosing a reputable aftermarket ink these days is a lot easier. The formulas are so similar to OEM that they most likely will not damage your printer components. We recommend JETBEST ink. 

 

Will you warranty my printer if switched to compatible ink?  

Yes, we will pick up the remaining length of your current manufacturer's warranty. 

 

When soon can my orders be shipped out?

 Order by 5 pm for same day shipping from CA. We usually use Fedex ground for one day delivery to CA and NV. Rest are shipped via USPS Priority Mail to arrive between 2-4 business days.

What is a compatible ink? 

A compatible ink is ink manufactured by a third party. It is made to be just as good as the original ink but at a fraction of the cost. 

 

Are all compatible ink the same?

No, all compatible inks are the same - some are better than others.  Our compatible cartridges are manufactured according to ISO 9001 standards and meet OEM standards.  They are both factory and independently tested to ensure quality and stable performance. We guarantee all our ink products for 60 days. 

 

Why are the original ink so expensive?

All printer manufacturers sell their printers to consumers at cost or below cost.  They make their profits by selling ink to you at a huge mark up.  Printer ink is ranked one of the most expensive liquids (price per volume) in the world, second to perfume.  
 

Some manufacturers have put "smart chips" on their cartridges.  How can I overcome this?

Our cartridges use the latest version chip to ensure compatibility. We have the chips for Mutoh, Roland and Mimaki printers. Give us a call. Tell us your concern. Our staff is friendly and we are happy to contribute our experience even you don't end up buying our products

 

My Roland printer keeps giving me "replace ink cartridge" error How do I overcome this?

Go to user menu on the printer, go to ink control, change from stop to continue. Enter. You are ready to go.

 

Do I need to replace chip on the refillable cartridge Roland printer?

No if you don't mind the Versawork tells you low on ink. Bypass by press "enter" to keep on printing

 

Not Original vs S/C Error from a Mutoh printer 

Not original means the smart card is invalid or used up to its capacity. S/C Error means the smart card is not being read from the cartridge. Either the card is bad or the position of the card on the cartridge is off.

Solution: Make sure the cyan cartridge or any other color cartridge reads fine by the printer with valid % under ink status. Use a sharpie to circle the card so we still have the exact spacing from cyan cartridge. Now remove the cyan card from the cartridge, put magenta card (assuming failing cartridge) to the exact spacing onto the cyan cartridge. Insert the entire cartridge to the magenta slot, if the printer reads magenta fine now, it is the magenta cartridge. If the printer still reads the error, it is the card itself.
